The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders for in-stock items received Monday through Friday by 12:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. In Slovenia, delivery time for most shipments is 1–3 business days; however, this may be extended due to various reasons beyond our control (breakdowns, accidents, errors, road conditions, major holidays…), be extended.

We usually ship packages via Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.

Delivery will be made to the address you provided in your order. If you pay for the goods in advance and are not home when the package is delivered, the delivery service will leave a notice in your mailbox informing you of the package and how to pick it up.
Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for purchases over 60.00 €, except for cash-on-delivery payments. Delivery charges for orders under 60.00 € or exactly 60.00 € are 4.50 € and are the same throughout Slovenia. The purchase amount is calculated as the value of the shopping cart excluding delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to choose a different delivery service if this allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently. When selecting the “Cash on Delivery” payment method, the delivery fee is 6.00 €, regardless of the order amount.

For purchases where the customer orders a product and the destination country is not Slovenia, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the weight of the package. The price is displayed before the order is placed.

It is also possible to pick up the goods in person at the company’s headquarters (Bevkova 31, Celje) by prior arrangement.
